This certificate states that the Taxpayer utilizes Taxable Services (JKP) from outside the Indonesian Customs Area within the Customs Area. The certificate is issued to active Taxpayers who have submitted the Annual Income Tax Returns for the last two tax years and/or, for VAT-registered taxpayers (PKP), have submitted the VAT Periodic Returns for the last three tax periods.
