This Letter serves as verification that the Taxpayer has fulfilled the obligation to pay Income Tax on income derived from amendments to Sale and Purchase Binding Agreements on land and/or buildings, whether conducted by an individual or an entity. This Letter also functions as a required validation for the processing of land and/or building certificates at the National Land Agency (BPN).
