Note:

• FlazzTax will assist in registering for an NPWP with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). However, under certain conditions and according to DJP policy, registration may be rejected for individuals who do not meet the NPWP requirements or for other reasons, such as invalid KTP/NIK data, unresolved income consolidation/separation status for married women, or residential address information that differs from that on the KTP.
• The NPWP registration number will be obtained within 3-4 days, while the NPWP card will be received in approximately 4 weeks, sent directly from the DJP to the address listed on the KTP.
• The duration of the NPWP registration process is calculated after we have received all the required documents.
• There will be no refunds in the event of cancellation by the applicant or rejection by the DJP.
• The outcome of this service is not a physical NPWP card, but a valid NPWP that has been approved by the DGT.
• If the physical NPWP card has not been received after 4 weeks, we will assist in communicating with the registered Tax Office to ensure the delivery process is completed. If there are any issues, we will inform you accordingly.
