Key Responsibilites:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed system requirements.
• System Design: Develop system designs, data models, process flow diagrams, and use case documentation.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and process flows.
• Coordination: Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities to verify that solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with system modeling tools (e.g., UML, ER diagrams).
• Proficiency in requirements management and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in IT consultancy.
• Familiarity with programming languages or software development tools.
• Experience with Agile or other software development methodologies.
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
